Nenad Jelesijević: TRIBE (experimental fable)
The meadow smells well, the forest sings, the sun’s on one’s palm, eyes closed, eyes open, sheep crossing a clear stream, a slide occurs, the question disappears.
I’m in the body, limbs extended to infinity, cells running on electricity.
They’re all here, next to me.
Androids’ve run away.
The soil below us, the stars above us, a call of the distant, reconciliation with our ancestors, ancient movements, a song. To embrace the epic and to dance the present, to release weight, to embrace the eternal rhythm, to follow the drive upwards. We are a tribe on the move.
Nenad Jelesijević is a multimedia artist and writer known for his affinity for incorporating pop culture imagery and spectacles into his work.
